Which Disney Princess do you eat like? Food, body image, and having a healthy mindset about both can be a tricky thing to navigate as adults! It’s so important that we have a healthy relationship with food and body image so we can help our daughters set their own solid foundation! We are so excited to have registered dietician, author, speaker and coach Toni Marinucci joining us today! Toni shares her own personal experience with dieting, and how restriction looked different for her a different times of her life. Adding her own personal experiences with her knowledge as a registered dietitian, Toni shares some incredible ways we can tune in to what our bodies need,as well as speak, think and feel neutrally about food!
